We generally recommend taking our Liquid Spectrum with meals. With apple, orange or freshly squeezed lemon juice, it tastes pleasantly fruity and fresh. For people with a sensitive stomach, one option is to mix the emulsion with kefir or yogurt and honey.

Our capsules were not developed to be opened and consumed directly. To ensure a delayed release of the ingredients in the intestines, it would be best to take the capsules as a whole. In individual cases (e.g. if you have difficulty swallowing), the two halves of the capsule can be pulled apart and the powder stirred into water or cold food. Please do not stir into hot drinks! To avoid oxidation, you should take the powder immediately after opening.

Our capsule products have a shelf life of at least 2 years (unopened), the Liquid Spectrum emulsion has a shelf life of at least 18 months. Our sprays have a minimum shelf life of 1 year. The best-before date is always stated on the bottom of the product.

You can store all of our products at room temperature and in a dry place. It would be ideal to protect them from direct sunlight. If you like, you can store the opened Liquid Spectrum bottles in the refrigerator.
